All GenTech desktop systems are covered with a three year limited parts / life-time labor warranty unless specified otherwise on special items.
CPU/Video Card/DVD/DVDRW/CD-RW/Power
Supply/Hard Drive/Mainboard/Printer/Scanner has one year warranty, Monitors has 3 years warranty direct from it's manufacture. This coverage starts the day the item is shipped from our warehouse. Any modification of the hardware configuration without written
approval from GenTech will invalidate this warranty. |

Product found to be DOA within seven (7) working days of delivery will be eligible for exchange with a new product or credit. |

Any product that needs to be returned to GenTech for any reason, the customer must call GenTech at 1-800-990-7945 or fax to 1-626-915-3669 to first get an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number, RMA numbers are valid for fifteen (15) days only. Any product returned missing an RMA number on the outside of the package or with an RMA number over fifteen (15) days old will be refuse. It is
necessary that you return products promptly. Any returned merchandise that is not defective will be returned COD for the freight amount. Special-order items cannot be refunded. |

GenTech offers a thirty-day money back guarantee on its computer systems. 30 days money back guarantee starts the day when merchandise is shipped from our warehouse.
Original Shipping/Free Shipping and opened software is non refundable under this 30 days money back guarantee. If there is a shortage of components in the returned merchandise, the value of such components will be deducted from the credit
to the customer. After 30 days there will be no refund available. |

- Use original manufacturer's packaging
- All returns must be completed with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, just as you received it. If the product is not returned in its entirety, a fee will be charged for missing items.
- All returns must have an RMA number clearly referenced on shipping label (a copy of the invoice must be included).
- To obtain a RMA number, please call our Service Department at 1-800-990-7945 with the following: Invoice number, serial number, and problem description.

- Any product on which the serial number has been modified or removed.
- Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, misuse, power surge, fire, water, or other acts of nature, product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
- The alleged condition is a result of neglect, unauthorized or improper alternations, repairs, improper care, accidents, disaster, weather or transportation.

- GenTech products will be returned for repair or exchange with comparable products at GenTech's discretion.
- Customer will need to issue a purchase order, use a credit card, or agree to pay by COD cash to entitle a cross shipment.
- Customer will need to return the bad parts for credit within fifteen days after the RMA issuance date.
- GenTech Computer does not cross ship RMA merchandise after thirty days.
- Replaced or repaired products will be returned free of freight costs through our Customer Service Department (via UPS Ground COD only).

Any discrepancy and wrong items should be reported to the RMA department within seven working days. For shipping damages, customers should notify the carrier immediately and ask
