the promise of the Zero Bright Dot guarantee. If you discover that the
LCD display of your notebook has a bright dot ASUS will replace your
notebook’s entire screen free of charge. This service is guaranteed
free for 30 days from the date of purchase.
In the event your notebook should require service,
ASUS will cover the FedEx standard shipping costs from one of the over
2,000 FedEx locations in the US. After your notebook is repaired, it
will be mailed to you free of charge. For Canada, please contact our
Canada Service Centre for pickup from your business or residence. Your
notebook will be delivered back to the same address using FedEx standard

notebook computers from accidental damage incurred from
electrical surges, fire, drops, and spills. It covers the
notebook itself and any built-in or onto-the-base accessories -
FREE of charge. it’s a one-year warranty from the date of
purchase. One incident per Notebook.
For notebooks purchased on or after Sept. 10, 2007. The ASUS 360
Notebook Service Program and Accidental Damage Warranty covers
“ASUS” brand notebooks only, and does NOT extend to:
“Built on ASUS,” “ASMobile,” “Powered by ASUS,” or
some other models. These retailers are currently among the
companies that do NOT participate in the ASUS 360 Notebook
Service Program and Accidental Damage Warranty: Best
Buy USA (stores and website), Best Buy Canada (stores and
website), OfficeMax (stores and website), Staples USA (stores
and website), Costco Wholesale (warehouses only), Microsoft
(stores and website).
Limited of one claim per notebook for Accidental Damage
Warranty. ASUS reserves the right to discontinue this program
and to modify the terms and conditions thereof at any time. ASUS
