Asus, improve your Quality Control October 14, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   I wanted to write more but there's a 1000 character limit. In short, my original laptop did not have a functioning turbo mode as advertised. Luckily, GenTechPC was able to help me out when Asus could not due to their poor customer service. GenTechPC may not be able to solve your problem if the manufacturer doesn't give them the parts necessary but they will do anything in their power to help. Don't trust asus, buy a different brand laptop from GenTechPC with better Quality Control. Thanks again Ken and tech support from GenTechPC! Was this review helpful to you?

Great laptop, great price September 18, 2021 Reviewer: Phil from Washington, United States   I've had my new laptop for a couple of weeks now, and I've been really impressed with it. Really not another laptop in this range with a 2k screen, a 130W 3070, and 32gb of ram. Runs everything I want really smooth, which has been a huge upgrade from my old laptop with a geforce 1050 in it. The only issue I had with the laptop when I first received it is the Windows installer would fail to finish, it basically would display a blank screen at a certain part in the process, no matter what I did. Luckily I was able to do a windows install from a thumb drive and that fixed the problem, but I had to manually install all the drivers afterwards. The CPU/GPU management software for Asus, armory crate, has been really nice and the profiles are fine, although I generally switch between silent and manual profiles. Considering it's been a rough year looking for a gaming laptop, I've been really pleased with GenTech with their speed of delivery and their price point. Thanks! Was this review helpful to you?
