4 of 5 Minor Issues w/ Gentech & Gigabyte March 21, 2019
Reviewer: Apathide from Hong Kong, Central & Western Hong Kong
For a thin & light laptop it's pretty great.

However, here are some issues I've experienced from most annoying to least:

- Some keys on the keyboard require extra force to actuate.
- Gentech added an additional 16GB RAM stick for me, but when I received the unit only 16GB total was showing up. I asked Gentech to fix this, but they insisted I buy tools and perform the "easy" fix myself which required disassembling the laptop and disconnecting/reconnecting the battery. I nearly broke the laptop doing this, and never was able to disconnect the battery. I resolved the problem by removing then reseating the RAM module.
- Ordered my laptop with the Gentech option "Replace US Power Cord with United Kindom Power Cord". The UK chord they sold me is the wrong type. They haven't responded to my request for a replacement.
- The Gigabyte logo on the laptop lid cannot be disabled.
- Installing Windows Precision drivers disables the touchpad "Tap to Click" functionality.

5 of 5 Everything I wanted in a laptop October 30, 2018
Reviewer: Simon Law
I have been in the market for a laptop for a long time and haven't been able to find a laptop that satisfied all my needs. This laptop hits pretty much everything I wanted. The laptop is super light and thin, but still runs anything I throw at it. The fans do get a bit noisy, and I wouldn't recommend actually putting this on your lap during gaming session, but that is to be expected from such a tiny powerhouse. The design is great too very simplistic which I like and the trackpad and keyboard have not given me any issues. I've only had the laptop for a couple of weeks, but I will update my review if there are any issues in the future.

5 of 5 Excellent powerful, portable laptop October 19, 2018
Reviewer: Eduardo Cervantes
Regarding to service offered from this supplier I do not have anything to complain about, his service is excellent and he respond quickly to my doubts. I can recommend to anyone to buy from this seller.
The keyboard looks amazing the backlight per key is wonderful even consider the design issue with the right shift key.
Is an almost perfect laptop if design problems like the right shift key, screen bleeding, updated drivers, were not present just after open the box and with the amount of money I have spent with this machine, however it remains a very powerful and portable without the necessity to carry also the charger which is also more heavy than I though.
I still believe that is an excellent laptop even considering its minor details. At the end the most important thing for me was a very good battery life, with a powerful performance, and the small and light chassis, additionally that it delivers an excellent performance running videogames.

4 of 5 Almost amazing October 9, 2018
Reviewer: Simon R from DECATUR, GA United States
This is a really good machine, in almost every way. Although, specially for the price, there are some things that don't let me give this product 5 stars:
1. The software is far from the best, I had to install a fresh version of windows to have it ok.
2. Battery is good, but I expected more for the size of it.
3. Camera location is poor.
4. The hinge isn't bad, but for a 2000+ machine, it should be better.
5. I gets hot when playing, buy given the size of the device is understandable.
Other than that is a killer laptop.

4 of 5 awesome laptop overall August 30, 2018
Reviewer: Lester T from Anchorage, AK United States
It's an awesome laptop overall. The modern and slick chassis makes it possible to carry around a gaming laptop out in public without getting strange looks. The easy access to the motherboard makes it easy to upgrade. One gripe I have about the laptop though is that the Smart Manager software doesn't match the laptop. The software looks bubbly which doesn't look very nice with the sharp looks of the laptop. The webcam placed on the bottom of the screen is also awkward and can be quite difficult to get used to. Once you start to overlook these deficiencies, however, you can see how great of a laptop the Aero15x compares to the rest.
