Been a little over a month since I receive the desktop.

No issues to date. All the extra services were taken care of perfectly.

Ken (the agent I dealt with) even sent me an email to follow up on my order because I made a mistake in where I wanted windows to be installed.

All in all, wonderful service in both the product and the customer/service interaction.

Would highly recommend!

This machine is a beast! The combination of the 3080 and 10700k eats up almost every game you throw at it. I play on a 1440p monitor and get 70fps with Cyberpunk on Ultra settings and get 144 fps with Days Gone on Ultra settings. Runs quiet and cool and the compact design lets you treat it like a console. I love being able to put my tower on my desk rather then under it. I also had extra thermal pads thrown in and had the SSD updated to one of those extremely fast 980 Pro's. Games are loading faster than I can blink and the temperature are yet to exceed 65C°. The staff was also helpful when I needed information about my shipment. It was pretty straightforward to set up and had it running in less than 10 minutes after opening the package.

Ken was upfront about shipping dates and times for these highly sought after devices. After the last few weeks of setting up, installing my software, and thoroughly testing, I can give nothing but praise. The size of the chassis and the power inside, I expected a jet engine to be sat next to my head. While it's not exactly whisper-quiet, the white noise from a central air conditioner or cieling fan drowns it out, and you wouldn't even know it's there with headphones on.

If you're a PC gamer and don't feel like building your own rig, and especially if you want it in a box just slightly bigger than a PS5, this is the one for you. (Oh and did I mention it has the impossible-to-find 3080 in it?) Higher specs than you should need for most things and the glass replacement case siding and colorful LEDs are a nice touch. Gentech responded to my emails quickly and professionally.

Consider buying a second SSD.
