This was the first time I used GentechPC, and I purchased a high-end PC for mixed use (personal / business). The PC was delivered on-time and with no issues at all.
About one week after purchase, the manufacturer's app auto-installed a UEFI update that changed a critical setting, and caused the PC to stop booting. I called GenetechPC's customer service number, and the technician identified and resolved the issue in less than fifteen minutes - stellar service!
